SOUND HEALING MEDITATION

Join Amy for a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful restorative effects for the mind and body.
No asana, no movement - just the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, rain stick and gongs.
The sound waves wash over you like a "bath", helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and promote deep relaxation. The vibrations from the instruments can help shift brainwaves into meditative states (such as alpha and theta), facilitating inner balance and stress reduction.
No previous meditation experience needed. Just bring an open mind, wear comfortable clothing, and allow the sounds to guide you into a space of stillness and relaxation.

Yin + Sound
Third Tuesday / 6:00-7:00pm / Studio B / Amy
Experience a deep and introspective Yin practice, focusing on long holds and deep stretching to release tight fascia and boost circulation, with the soothing sounds of brass Tibetan singing bowls. Poses will be held for 3-5 minutes using bolsters, blocks, and blankets. Once settled into the poses, Tibetan singing bowls will bathe you in peaceful sound helping you achieve the stillness needed for the Yin practice.

EMBODIED ENERGY

A class built for nervous system regulation and self exploration, our monthly Embodied Energy is a somatic, intuitive based approach to yoga. We will move through practice slowly and intentionally, pausing for moments of deeper body awareness and mindfulness, focusing less on external alignment and more on attention to inner cues and sensation. Class is accessible to all.

REIKI + RESTORE

Ready to slow down, let go and connect deeply with your breath? In this relaxing and replenishing class, we combine the deep relaxation of Restorative Yoga with the healing energy of Reiki... Karen will introduce and guide you through a number of Restorative yoga postures while explaining their benefits.
While in these relaxing poses, she will cycle through hands-on Reiki healing for each attendee. Props available in-studio, however we highly recommend bringing your own to achieve the maximum benefits of this class.

CANDLELIT GENTLE FLOW

Begin the new year not with resolutions or pressure, but with quiet devotion. This New Year’s Day, we gather in the soft glow of the studio to welcome 2026 through Yin yoga and the timeless practice of Sankalpa—an intention that rises from the deepest wisdom within.
In this class, each posture becomes an invitation to listen. As the body melts into the support of bolsters and blankets, the layers of striving, worrying, and planning begin to loosen. The breath settles. The mind softens. And beneath it all, something steady and true slowly begins to reveal itself.
Your Sankalpa is not a goal or a wish. It is a whisper from your highest self—an inner vow aligned with who you are becoming.
Through gentle opening shapes, meditative stillness, and guided reflection, you’ll be held in a space where that whisper can rise clearly, naturally, without force.
We will explore the energetic clearing that Yin brings at the threshold of a new year, gentle breathwork to quiet the inner landscape, a guided Sankalpa meditation to uncover your heart’s true intention and a closing ritual to anchor your intention into the body, breath, and subtle energy.

Release & Renewal: An Evening of Breath-work and Sound Healing
We hold so much in: Stress, sadness, even happiness that never made it out of us into the world. During the breath-work session, you'll be guided through a powerful style of connected breathing that helps quiet the mind and let the body speak. As the breath builds, it gently opens the door to whatever’s been waiting underneath (grief, laughter, tension). It's simple, you just breathe, and your body takes care of the rest.
As you complete the breath-work segment of the event, you will then be taken through a 30-minute peaceful sound healing session. Allowing your entire being to integrate all the hard work and let go allowing the frequencies to calm the mind and body, bringing you back to you. A true release and renewal.
