mindful flow
Mindful Flow will offer a creative flow involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, balancing poses, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. All classes aim to emphasize the importance of breath and mindfulness, with most classes ending with a guided meditation or extended Savasana to enhance going inward.
Restorative yoga nidra
Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra go hand in hand. Both of these practices allow us to tap into our parasympathetic nervous system, harness full body awareness, and offer stillness and relaxation for both body and mind.
Restorative Yoga is the practice of deeply relaxing and rejuvenating postures, each held for a longer duration (think 5-10 mins), and often with the support of props such as folded blankets, blocks and bolsters to relax the body, reduce stress, and calm the mind.
Yoga Nidra roughly translates to “yogic sleep” and is that space between wakefulness and complete relaxation. We move through pranayama, intention setting, body scans and visualizations to enhance going inward and relieving the mind and body of tension. It is said that 30 mins of Yoga Nidra is equal to 2-4 hours of deep sleep.
Slow Flow & slow flow fusion
This class will sequence you through both traditional and variations of Sun Salutation sequences as we link our movements to our breath. We will energize the chakras, strengthen the body and refresh the mind. An easier level of flow class, yet still a strong practice. A good bridge between Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow classes. Variations are offered to invite a gentle approach to this practice as well as opportunities to deepen within your own practice.

Rise + Flow
This class is centered around linking our postures with breathwork. You will be guided through a mindful and dynamic flow of movement, allowing for the opportunity to deepen the strength of your practice, and if appropriate for your level, trying variations of postures that require more strength, balance, control, and flexibility. This class is accessible for all levels of yogis - beginner to advanced. Props are encouraged!
vinyasa
Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word meaning “flow”. Nyasa denotes “to place” and vi denotes “in a special way.” Through Vinyasa yoga, we link our movements to our breath. This class will sequence you through both traditional and variations of Sun Salutation sequences designed to energize the chakras and leave you feeling strong, energized and refreshed. All levels are welcome except for true beginners. It is preferable to have a foundational practice before joining Vinyasa. Standard props include 2 blocks, 1 strap and 1 blanket.
yin
Yin Yoga is sometimes described as “acupuncture without the needles” for its ability to help balance “chi” or life force energy in the body. We practice postures that target the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, spine, hamstrings, and thighs. These poses are practiced on the floor for 3-5 minutes each in order to stretch through the muscles and into the ligaments, bones and joints. We’re going deep, yet we remain still. Essential oils are often offered as part of this class to enhance the full mind, body and spirit experience. We will end our practice with a blissful guided meditation. All levels welcome. Standard props include 2 blocks, 1 strap, 1-2 blankets and a bolster.
Yin-Yang
The Best of Both Worlds! Balance the intense quiet practice of Yin with the more energetic components of a Yang or Vinyasa practice. Yin postures target the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, spine, hamstrings, and thighs. These poses are practiced on the floor for 3-5 minutes each in order to stretch through the muscles and into the ligaments, bones and joints to maintain length and strength. We will then transition into the Yang portion of the class where will move through variations of Sun Salutations and sequences designed to energize the body leaving you feeling strong, invigorated and refreshed. All levels welcome. Standard props include 2 blocks, 1 strap and 1 blanket.
POWER HOUR
Power Yoga is a dynamic and vigorous style of yoga designed to provide a full-body workout. This 60-minute class blends traditional yoga poses with a fitness-oriented approach, focusing on building strength, flexibility, and stamina.
Participants can expect a fast-paced sequence of movements, incorporating sun salutations, standing poses, and core exercises. With an emphasis on continuous flow and mindful breathing, Power Yoga not only tones muscles but also enhances mental focus and reduces stress.
Although modifications are always offered, this class is recommended for more advanced practitioners.
Come prepared to sweat, energize your body, and calm your mind.
