practice At Your Pace…
Beginning a yoga practice can be a bit intimidating at times. Private sessions are an ideal way to familiarize yourself with the mind-body-spirit connection. A private yoga session will introduce you to the fundamentals of the practice, providing you a good foundation to attend small group classes, practice confidently online and/or tailor to your individual needs.

A longstanding knee injury first drew me to yoga. I was deeply moved by a time-lapse video of a yoga instructor working with a man who relied on braces and crutches to walk. Watching his transformation—from facing life in a wheelchair to running, skipping, and playing with his grandchildren—sparked my curiosity and gave me the courage to try yoga for myself.
In 2017, I found a yoga studio in Cambridge, MA, and began my own journey. I moved to Nashua in 2020—just four days before COVID—and underwent a total knee replacement that October. After surgery, I discovered a local studio where I practiced Restorative Yoga. I was fortunate to find a teacher who gently encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone in a safe and supportive way. That experience became a defining moment in my transformation.
Over time, I progressed from Restorative Yoga to Power Yoga. Yet my greatest transformation wasn’t physical—it was learning to cultivate awareness of my breath and use it to calm my mind.
Family and friends are central to my life. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, creating crafts, and traveling.

Private yoga sessions are $75 per hour or $90 per 75 minutes
All private sessions must be booked and paid for at least 24 hours in advance
Session fees are non-refundable and require a 24-hour cancellation notice.
