A 6-week series designed to help you embrace all bodies, including your own. Lean into your uniqueness and build deeper body awareness through Yoga & breathwork. All levels welcome. $17 drop-in through February series if not able to attend all 6 weeks. $89 for the full 6-week session starting in February includes one FREE class, either virtual or in-studio (must be used during duration of series). Register early! Class is subject to minimum and maximum enrollment.
