Roll out your mat with Hilary in support of recovery and resilience among our veterans, families, and communities during Veteran Yoga Project’s Veterans Gratitude Week. During this week, thousands of veterans and civilians gather in all 50 states to practice Yoga and show an Attitude of Gratitude towards those who served in the United States Armed Forces. Help us bring veterans Breathing, Meditation, Mindful Movement, and Guided Rest.
