Pregnancy is a beautiful time to begin or reignite a yoga practice. Labor and delivery is a full body workout. Strengthen and condition your body in preparation for childbirth through sitting, standing and balancing postures – all safe for any trimester. Our practice begins with a time of sharing with other moms and ends with a final relaxation bonding with your baby to be. Appropriate for new moms just easing back into their practice. All levels welcome. $108 for 8-week session. Pre-registration for the full 8-week session is required.
