Many individuals turn to yoga to improve upper body strength and ease chronic tension and pain in the shoulders. In this workshop we’ll discuss the anatomical structures of the upper body including the arms and shoulders. We’ll discuss proper movement patterns, common areas of injury and chronic conditions. Eligible for 2 hours Yoga Alliance CEU’s. Open to yoga teachers, teachers in training or anyone wanting to deepen their knowledge in yoga anatomy.
$30 early bird if registered and paid by April 11, $35 after April 11.
