Yoga Nidra is translated as yogic sleep. It is said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equal to 2 hours of normal sleep. This class begins with a gentle flow (movement with breath) to unwind, ground, settle, relax and prepare you for the benefits of yogic sleep. You will then be guided into a supported and comfortable position where the practice finishes with the guided relaxation of Yoga Nidra to nourish the mind, body and soul.
