October’s featured class is Sunday 7:30AM Barre – JUST $8!

Register unpaid online and pay just $8 cash or check at the studio.

Barre is a fitness based workout, derived from a classical ballet barre one would experience in a typical ballet class. Barre helps to create those long, lean muscles typical of dancers through low-impact, isometric movements designed to fatigue your muscles. No ballet or dance experience is necessary for barre. Bare feet or grip socks are suggested as well as comfortable clothing to move in. All levels welcome.
Please note, there is no Barre class on Sunday, October 13.
