Are you new to yoga, returning after a break or just want a refresher in the basics? It’s yoga practice, not perfect! We were all beginners once and are all eternal students. This workshop will introduce and reinforce the foundations of our yoga practice, with specific attention on the breath, personal body awareness/alignment and an introduction to the history of yoga. Come prepared with questions or just with an open mind! Pre-registration is required. $20 early bird through October 12. $25 after October 12.
