January 2017 with

Brandy Hill, RYT500/Banyan Tree Yoga Founder

Yoga NH Teacher Training/Develop Your Practice (TT/DYP) Programs are designed for students who want to become yoga teachers as well as for those who are interested in deepening their personal practice. The Yoga NH 200-hour TT/DYP Program foundations includes the 8-limbs of Yoga, the History of Yoga, the 7 main Chakra System, Anatomy of the Spirit, Reiki I, Asana Exploration – including teaching all levels, modifications, alignment, adjusts/assists, sequencing, practice teaching and so much more!

The 8-limbed path of Yoga is a yogic system that can have a profound impact on the choices we make, how we act and react to circumstances and people in our lives and it has the possibility to transform our lives on and off the mat…

One of the unique benefits of joining the Yoga NH program is that we have four 200-hour locations running simultaneously, therefore if you cannot attend all of the dates at Banyan Tree Yoga, you can easily make up hours at another location – at no additional cost! We have structured the weekends at each location to give you flexibility most months.

Although the next program begins in January 2017, there are ways to attain some hours towards the program this Fall, including attending David Keil’s Anatomy Workshop (November 12-13 in Concord, NH), Master Your Practice classes, and/or other workshops scheduled this Fall.
